At Clumsy Goat Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened equipment and non-perishable items.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact for coffee products to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred tracked courier to our central roasting facility for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
